QuiltRBuddy — Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Premium subscriptions purchased through QuiltRBuddy.
Our standard
We want you to enjoy the Service. If something goes wrong, we’ll try to make it right.
When refunds are available

| Premium feature you paid for is not delivered due to our error | Full or pro-rated refund at our discretion |

| You cancel a recurring subscription | No refund for the current period, but no further charges |
| Annual subscription, cancelled mid-period due to material breach of Terms by us | Pro-rated refund for unused months |
When refunds are NOT available
- Cancellations made after the 14-day initial trial window for that subscription (you keep access through the end of the paid period).
- Cancellations during the renewal of a previously-active subscription (use the 30-day price-change notice window to cancel before renewal if a change affects you).
- Charges older than 60 days at the time of request.
- Accounts terminated by us for material violations of the Terms of Service.
EU / UK statutory withdrawal right
If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, or European Economic Area, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive / Consumer Contracts Regulations, beginning the day after you purchase. To exercise, contact support@sierradigitalforge.com within 14 days.
By starting to use the Premium service immediately upon purchase, you consent to the loss of the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed. (This is a standard SaaS clause but verify with counsel for your specific operating jurisdictions.)
How to request a refund
- Email support@sierradigitalforge.com with subject “Refund Request.”
- Include the email address on the subscription, the charge date, and the reason for the request.
- We will respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Processing time
Refunds typically appear on your statement 5–10 business days after we issue them, depending on your bank or card issuer.
