We want you to enjoy QuiltRBuddy, and we want you to know up front what happens if you change your mind. Prices are in the Terms of Service.
Try it first
Every new user gets a free trial of the app, with no charge. Its length is in the Terms of Service.
Our refund terms
QuiltRBuddy is sold through the Microsoft Store, so our refund terms are the Store’s terms. Here is what they mean for you:
- Subscriptions are not refundable, unless the law where you live gives you a right to a refund.
- You can cancel at any time. You keep QuiltRBuddy until the end of the month or year you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
- Cancelling and refund requests are made in your Microsoft account: cancel at account.microsoft.com under Services & subscriptions; ask for a refund from your order history.
- A refund that is granted goes back to the payment method you used.
These terms follow the Microsoft Store’s, and they can change when Microsoft changes its terms. You can always read the current version in the Microsoft Store return policy.

If QuiltRBuddy does not work as it should, or you see a charge you did not make, email support@sierradigitalforge.com. We will help you sort it out.
